Ziwi is a New Zealand based pet food manufacturer that was established in 2002. They provide nutritional pet food sourced from sustainable, free range farms. After 18 years of being based in Mount Maunganui, Tauranga the company needed a larger factory to cater to the growing global demand. They decided to move to Awatoto located in Napier, Hawkes Bay bringing with it over 100 employment opportunities. We have been involved with this state of the art build since initial construction began, providing our clients with cost management and construction finance reporting.
