The North Extension of the Hawkes Bay Regional Sports Park began construction in  2019 adding an additional court to the one that was built originally. This is just a small part of the ongoing changes occurring at the Sports Park with the extension backing on to what will soon be a hostel for sports teams and an aquatic centre on the opposite side of the building. This construction is due for completion in the second quarter of 2022 just in time for the start of the winter sports seasons. This extension will provide Hawkes Bay Community Fitness Centre Trust and the local regional councils with a world class facility that can be utilised for regional, national and international events and training. We came on board at the beginning of construction to provide cost planning and management to see out the finished product.
